3D model description

I designed this soldering station to work with a basic soldering iron on amazon

it also can use a mini rocker switch to turn it on( ive also included a plate that has nothing on it in case you had a different switch that you want to use or maybe install a potentiometer so you could have an adjustable temperature)
On the rear there is a spot for a C14 style socket and on the side there is a spot to install a regular 110V single socket that you plug the soldering iron into so you dont have to cut the wire of the soldering iron and it makes it so you can use different irons, the hole on the right side is for the spring stand and the big square slot is for a sponge

there are two main body versions as well, one has a spot to hold a spool of solder

the 4 balls on top are used to create helping hands that work with these helping hands (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:801279) from giufini (https://www.thingiverse.com/giufini)

the 5 holes on the right side of the body are for holding extra tips for your soldering iron

i havent printed this yet as i am doing that tonight (2/21/18) and when i do ill report back with the finished print
