Apres avoir tenté de télécharger plusieurs types de masques existants en 3D j'ai malheureusement pu constater qu'un masque en impression 3D ne pouvait pas s'adapter a toutes les morphologies.
En prevention d'un eventuel manque de masques certifiés,voici un prototype de masque pour lutter contre le covid19.
Imprimé sous forme de plaque il est thermoformable pour épouser totalement la forme de votre visage et s'adaptant ainsi a tout type de morphologie.
Il est relativement étanche si vous vous appliquez a sa mise en oeuvre bien entendu
Les raccords sont de type ISO,le test d'étancheité a été effectué avec un flexible raccordé sur le masque sans le porte filtre,la tête immergée dans l'eau.aucune difficulté pour respirer et pas d'infiltration .Prenez soin de le modeler a votre visage
Enfin une fois formé appliquez vous a le finir sur votre visage.
Vous pouvez le modeler a votre guise.
ATTENTION ! CE MASQUE N'A PAS ETE TESTE PAR UN LABORATOIRE
IL NE PEUT DONC PAS REMPLACER UN MASQUE FFP2 !!

After trying to download several types of existing 3D masks, I unfortunately think that a 3D printing mask could not adapt to all body face.
To prevent a possible lack of certified masks, here is a prototype mask to fight against covid19 .
Printed in the form of a plate, it is thermoformable to fully conform to the shape of your face and thus adapting to any type of morphology.
It is relatively waterproof if you apply it to its implementation of course
The connections are ISO type,the waterproofness test was carried out with a hose connected to the mask without the filter holder, the head immersed in water.
No difficulty in breathing and no infiltration , take care to model it on your face
You can mold it as you like
BE CAREFULL! THIS MASK HAS NOT BEEN TESTED BY A LABORATORY
IT CAN NOT REPLACE AN FFP2 MASK !!
