IMA-Prusa i3 Geared Extruder

Desain ini adalah pengganti dari original Prusa i3 Rework

Problem umum di Prusa i3 Rework:
1. Dudukan J-head hotend stuck, terkunci di dalam lubang bodi extruder
2. Hanya ada satu fan, kurang bagus untuk print PLA/flex
3. Lubang supply filamen kecil, kadang kurang lancar ketika deformasi (misal karena kepanasan)
4. Kesulitan membuka jendela idler untuk memasukkan filamen
5. Belum ada tempat khusus untuk proximity sensor
6. Sering gagal ketika print flex
7. Hotend e3d V5 terlalu panjang, sehingga endstop original tidak menyentuh limit switch original. Print area Z lebih pendek +- 1cm

Desain update ini menjawab semua permasalahan tersebut.
Note: Selipkan selang PTFE ID2 OD4 ke dalam lubang supply filamen

This design is a replacement of the original Prusa i3 Rework

Common Problems in Prusa i3 Rework:

J-head holder hotend stuck, locked in the extruder body hole
There is only one fan, less good for PLA / flex print
Small filament supply hole, sometimes less smoothly when deformation (eg due to overheating)
Difficulty opening the idler window to insert the filament
There is no specific place for proximity sensor
Often fails when print flex
Hotend e3d V5 is too long, so the original endstop does not touch the original switch limit. Print area Z is shorter + - 1cm
This update design answers all the problems.
Note: Insert the PTFE ID2 OD4 hose into the filament supply hole
