T5 Timing Belt Pulley - 10mm 16T - 20T - 24T 3D print model

T5 10mm Timing belt pulley - for use in Large CNC/3D Printer. Not as common size as 5mm used in small FDM printers. This profile has been tested to be best suited for T5 10mm. This is a co-matching pair which allow for X & Y axis of Cartesian printer to be on same height with Belt on 16t Cog passing in between 20t or 24t

Shaft diameter is for 10mm as well as Belt size being 10mm. For best strength - should be printed no less than 50% infill. Screw is for 3mm screw with 5.7mm a/f Hex nut. Best secured to X/Y shaft by grinding a small flat in the shaft.
