3D model description

The tires should fit gently into the rims - you should use some gently force but not too much. Take care of rims they are small and fragile!

Print with 0.2 or 0.3 nozzle and 0.12 resolution. (I printed with 0.3 nozzle)
If tyre is too small or too big use Horizontal Expansion in slicer e.g 0.05 or -0.05.
After print the you need to lathe tyre on drill-driver with sandpaper. I use 240-500 grid sandpaper.

I make small video to show you how to make smooth tyres (video is only to explain how to do this - lathing take some time...):
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Fm8Q6fmNFk

Try choose good drill-driver bit to not stretch tyre when you put on bit.

On last picture you see from left: buggy tyres, my 176mtyre.stl tyre and stock tyre (a bit smaller on right)

And don't forget trim steering when you use Buggy Tyres.
