  • The design has been made taking into account functionality, weight, expansion possibilities and not paying much attention to aesthetics although the end result looks quite nice, achieving unparalleled performance in our tests.

Modular system for extruders, for layer fans and for hotends, it allows the change from one extruder to another due to failure in a matter of minutes, designed for rapid development.

  • I have gone a step further in regard to belt tension, it has the previous mount system, but I have also incorporated a mechanism for fine adjustment of both belts that has a lock so that the belt does not rest on the imprecision of a screw that can loosen.

  • Compatible in direct extrusion with practically all extruders, Orbiter 1, 1.5 and 2, LGX lite, BMG, Sherpa Mini and Micro can be adapted very quickly to any other.

  • Compatible with 4010, 4020, 5015(in development) layer fans . Height adjustable fans to fine tune and not waste all hours of simulation for different hotend height.

  • Superior wiring management with all cables hidden but allows any electrical component to be changed without disassembling the mount, to avoid the disaster of having to disassemble the entire design to change a fan, thermistor, heater, etc.

  • In the field of hotends it has no competition either since it allows the assembly of practically any hotend including Dragon, Mosquito and its clones, V6, RapidoHotend (UHF compabilitie is in development) and practically any one including Volvano versions thanks to a very thoughtful design of the main duct.

  • Weight is possibly the most careful field since in the lightest configurations a total weight of the head of over 135 grams can be reached with a stiffness unattainable for other mounts.

  • Compatibility with a resonance sensor at the same height as the heater block for a super-precise measurement and also allowing fixed wiring in the printer or pluggable with an external computer.
