Description

A base for Hotwheels 2020 Jeep Gladiator, the one I'm using is from Hyper Haulers set. It should fit with any other 2020 Jeep Gladiator of the same casting.

If you wish to have a display base tweaked to fit to a specific Jeep from a different brand, please send me these dimension for the display base holes: https://imgur.com/5T6mb2L

The display base is separated into 3 parts for easy printing and colour swap. The parts are:

1) Name plate
- JeepLogoSmall.STL

2) Base
- BaseV2.STL
- BaseV2 (TyreTracksEdit).STL

3) Base back wall:

- BoxBackAssem.STL

Base Variant

There are 2 base variant, both of them are very similar. The difference between both base is just the location of the tyre tracks, the edited one has a slightly moved upwards to try and match the width of the car. The one seen in my picture is before the edit and it can be seen that the tyre tracks do not fit the width of the car.

Print Settings

Nozzle size = 0.4 mm (minimum, smaller better)
Layer height = 0.2 mm

Filament change layer for colours on "BaseV2":
1) Start (Tyre tracks and "Go Anywhere. Do Anything." lettering colours, mine is in brown)
2) Layer 21 (Overall base colour, mine is in green)
3) Layer 24 (Lettering colours of "Ford" and "Mustang")

Filament change layer for colours on "BoxBackAssem":
1) Start (Background of the wall, mine is in green)
2) Layer 9 (Mountain art colour, mine is in brown)
3) Layer 14 (Forest trees art colour, mine is in black)
4) Layer 19 (Jeep logo background and "Gladiator" lettering colours, mine is in grey)
5) Layer 24 ("Jeep" lettering colours, mine is in black)

Filament change layer for colours on "JeepLogoSmall":
1) Start (Backgroundof the wall, mine is in brown)
2) Layer 9 (Jeep logo background colour, mine is in green)
3) Layer 14 ("Jeep" lettering colour, mine is in grey)

Assembly

The car is tied by wires through the hole in the base

Back plate and name plate should slide in nicely into the display base. The name plate will need some double sided tape to hold it nicely.

Others

I did not test the other base variant but it should works fine.

Feel free to send me any feedback on how to improve the design. Suggestion on display base designs are welcomed too.
