3D model description

In English: (Deutsch weiter unten)

This is a stabilizer for the pulley below. I noticed that the deflection always had a negative influence on my prints. Since I have already developed and installed stabilizers on my other printers and have had very good experiences, I have also developed a solution for my SR. During the further implementation, I replaced the smooth deflection with a toothed belt pulley GT2.

ATTENTION!
The original smooth pulley has a hole of 6mm including a beech made by FLSun. If someone wants to use this further this construction must be adapted minimally. This construction here has the following new parts necessary:

Idler pulley: (needs 3 pieces)
https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B07K8CXSWQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1
Shoulder bolts: (requires 3 pieces)
https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B07F8QPKY5/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
An M4 nut is also required for the shoulder bolt.

My installation did not require any side hammer nuts and bolts. Who still wants this needs M5 hammer nuts and bolts M5x10mm.

After installation I set the belt tension to 60 hertz (+-2) and of course a new leveling is needed.

The results were impressive:

  • quieter driving movements
  • cleaner print image
  • no misalignment of the outgoing tracks

If anyone has any further suggestions or improvements please feel free to contact me.

In Deutsch:

https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B07K8CXSWQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1
Schulter Bolzen: (benötigt 3 Stück)
https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B07F8QPKY5/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

  • leisere Fahrbewegungen
  • saubereres Druckbild
  • keine Versetzungen der Ausbahnen
