3D model description

After 2 long hard years of service I decided my HEVO needed some TLC.

Within the refurbishment I Klipperised the HEVO so I also had to revise my Electronics Enclosure design. The wire management of the HEVO is so much easier without a display.

The Parts I have revised are:

1.Easy Access Electronics Enclosure
2.PSU Stand Holder with Individual USB feed if required.
3.Wire Management Clip System to tidy up cables along the Extrusion slots.
4.Modified Z Axis Linear Rail Mount to allow cable pass through for End Stop Feeds.
5.New Flexible Hot End Mount with lots of fixing points rather than 3mm studs.
6.Manta MK2 & Boothy Mini Hot End assemblies (Primarily for the Dragon & Orbiter V1.5).
7.Revised Z motor Mount to increase Z height if required.

Video Here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=irDnK233_Uc

I have also revised the original mounting plate to include lots of fixing points for future proofing. I have included optional Hot Ends for Both My Manta MK2 design and a even more compact option using 3010 turbo part cooling fans. Please note the Rear Mount in the Mini Hot End step file as a mounting centre reduced by 0.4 mm because I had some slight binding with the X gantry. The mount in the Manta Mkl2 step is standard. I thought I would upload both for flexibility.

I hope that some of the community may find these shared files useful. Due to the complex number of parts and my limited time I have uploaded only the step files for each upgrade so this thing should be considered\assessed on that basis. I am more than happy to respond to comments regards specific parts or details but I do not intend to spend time on producing BOMs or Installation guides for this thing.

No parts require supports but there are some integrated supports and sacrificial layers which will require post print cleaning. Please message if unsure of this or orientation of specific printed parts.

All parts were printed in Amazon Basics Red PETG (PLA for non temp areas) as per the original assembly. Minimum 30% infill & 3 Perimeters.

Best wishes Boothy
