3D model description

When the Estes Interceptor was original created and released to the public as kit number K-50 (later 1250) in 1971 it included a page showing the idea of a booster that was never part of the kit.

The kit was re-released by Estes from 2008 to 2011 and again from 2019 to present. There was also an upscale version produced called the Interceptor E.

I have designed a nose cone to fit the Estes BT-60 tubing that will help you make that booster a reality that you can add to your kit. It is actually modeled on the Titan III-C booster motor nose cones.

You can download the simulated nozzle here that fits BT-60, too.

Files you can download:

1) Nose cone
2) Nose cone without a shoulder
3) Nose cone solid
4) Nose cone solid without a shoulder
5) Nose cone end cap no hole
6) Nose cone end cap with 3mm hole
7) Nose cone end cap with 7mm hole

9) Booster simulated nozzle with engine hook channel
