3D model description

Designed in OpenSCAD these are a replacement spout and watering rose. In the photos the red ones are the originals that came with the watering can and the green ones are the 3D printed replicas.

For the rose the watering holes were printed to 1mm but the warm filament slumped to close the holes. Then I drilled them out with a 1mm drill bit but those holes are bigger than in the original brass one so the spray isn't as fine. Maybe if the OpenSCAD file specified 1.5mm it would work without drilling (and the warm filament would slump to a smaller open hole). Or maybe I should just reuse the brass part of the original watering rose.

Only the spout needs supports, not the watering rose.

Google 'haws conservatory can' to see these cans from the UK manufacturer. See leevalley dot com to buy one (U.S. and Canada).
