3D FILE DETAILS

Some of the parts have reliefs taken out of them to allow for very easy assembly and alignment. The parts should fit like a glove when put together. There are 26mm dowel slots (for a 1"/25mm dowel) in both the handle and axel portion of the hammer head. The dowel through the handle also keys into the hammer axel for additional strength and stability. There are 4.25 mm dowel slots for 4mm dowels to help align the smaller and thinner pieces during gluing.

I did my best to position the seams to be hidden easily or easily sandable. I also positioned the slices to allow for preservation of the fine model details when you 3D print the pieces.
