3D model description

A visor to be placed on glasses. For protection against glare in the morning and evening sun.
The original version had a large visor that forced me to raise my neck while biking/cycling, so I trimmed it down to a minimum.

Glue the connector pin to the left or right visor, and attach them with a TPU band (recommended) or a rubber band. This will create a folding mechanism.
Also, glue the cap to the end of the visor to prevent it from falling off.

  • all.stl => This file contains all the parts except the case. I think it needs to be printed with rafts.

  • springs_for_***_temples.stl => These files are divided to be printed without raft ( visor, connector ) and with raft ( base, end caps ).  For the plate spring parts, for_thin_temples corresponds to vines (temples) with a thickness of about 1mm, for_medium_temples corresponds to about 2mm, and for_thick_temples corresponds to 3mm or more.

眼鏡に乗せるバイザーです。朝日夕日の眩しさ対策に。
元のバージョンはバイザーが大きく、自転車/サイクリングの前傾姿勢だと首を無理に上げないといけなかったため、最小限に切り詰めました。

左右のバイザーのどちらかにコネクタピンを接着して、モビロンバンド(推奨)または輪ゴムで繋ぎます。これで折り畳み機構ができます。
また、バイザーの端にはエンドキャップを接着して抜けないようにします。

  • springs_for_***_temples.stl →ラフトなしで印刷するパーツ(バイザー本体、コネクタ)とラフトありで印刷するパーツ(眼鏡ベース、エンドキャップ)に分けたファイルです。  板バネパーツはfor_thin_templesは厚み1mm程度のつる(テンプル)、for_medium_templesは2mm程度、for_thick_templesは3mm以上に対応します。
