3D model description

This is a 2 part design with a twist to retract the pen ink. This uses a standard pen insert from many of the promotional pens. It is the insert that does NOT have the plastic ball on the end. See pictures.

This is for personal download only and any pens desired in mass production can be purchased on the Merit3D website.

This pen came about from Merit3D's capabilities to make mass production. We started making plastic parts for Dustless Technologies and others and decided to make pens. We can make 15,000 pens per day with unlimited options for logos on the pen in 3D.

3D printing settings

50 or 100 microns on resin printers. It can be printed on a filament printer but does not turn out as nice. Prints vertically with no supports
