3D model description

This is my Electronics housing for the AM8 conversion for the Anet A8. this is designed to fit a slim 120mm 12v. the housing is modular so they can be placed however you would like them. to access the boards after everything is assembled all you need to do it loosen the bolts holding the covers and slide them up and down. this does require removing the top cross bar to install.

the front and back are only 3mm thick. i made them thinner so there was a better clearance for the fan.

the housing is attached to the frame using the same method ad the frame is assembled.

use M3 6mm self tapping to attach the boards to the housings.

i did not place any any sides so that people could route cables however they wished. ( a problem with my previous case)
i did add wire tie-down spots on either side of the board mounts to clean up wires tho.
there is also a cutout on both the cover and back plate of the mosfet housing for the x endstop and x motor wires.

as the stock 10Pin LCD cable is a tad short i provided a link to a longer one on ebay.
the stock will work if you place the mainboard at the bottom end and the mosfets above.

Components:
- Mosfet
- Scythe Slip Stream Slim SY1212SL12H 120mm Case Fan
- m3 tapping hex
- 10Pin 60cm LCD Ribbon Cable
