1911 TO M4 HPA ADAPTER

Adapter is "Plug&Play", it fit 1911 Tokyo Marui, Golden Eagle, KJW, King Arms green gas magazines!

Have bb stopper. Only 2bbs drop out when reload.
Have chamfer on adapter bottom which facilitates magazine insertion
Have strong magrelease button guarder

Adapter was designed to use it with second M4 magazines:
Metal - CYMA, Lonex,ICS, Specna arms
Polimer - Guarder,CLASSIC ARMY, PTS, Tornado, EPM

STL models kit contains: Adapter, 2 Single stack bb guide for TM, Golden Eagle and KJW, King Arms magazine, BB stopper bodey, BB stopper toungh, magrelease button.

To connect adapter to your green gas magazine you will need:
1) m3x80 bolt.

2) Standart (6-6.5mm diametr) m3 washer for bolt (you can use washer from green gas magazine bolt) .

3) Gasket for adapter head - 17 x 1.8-2.4mm (you can try tou use gasket from green gas magazine base head)

4) Gasket 6x1.5-2mm for m3x80 bolt (you can use gasket from green gas magazine bolt)

5) Spring for magrelease button - 8 x 15 x 0.8

6) Pin for magrelease button - 2x40mm

7)maybe a little fum tape for adapter head on top of gasket.

8) Pin for "BB stopper" bodey 1x10mm

9) Spring for "BB stopper" tongue 2x5x0.3

10) HPA connector Foster or EU (if you will use hpa connector for green gas magazines - cut the the thread)

*If you have an HPA connector with 1/8npt threads, just carefully drill out the connector space with a 10mm drill bit and you will be able to use 1/8npt connector.

11) A little epoxy to glue the HPA connector

12) maybe drop of instant glue to fasten in place stopper bodey

13) Tweezers to set the bb stopper in place in the adapter.

Be careful when you remove supports from adapter and singl stuck guide, to not break bbs guide inside adapter and singl stuck guide

Material: I was only tested and printed model with PLA, but you can try ABS (because you can try to make it sealed by acetone) and others.

Infill: 100% and may be a little bit more

Layer high and nozzle: a smal as posible 0.1-0.14

Supports: yes, BUT !!!!!!don't use supports inside small air hole!!!!!!!!! You can leave support only at the beginning (5mm from corner) of the place under the HPA connector to get it smooth

IMPORTANT!!! Please NOTE: FDM printing technology have issues with with interlayer adhesion and air can escape through the layers!
