3D model description

This is a security system that avoid the fall of the nozzle on the printed object at the end of the print.
I'm too often forced to regulate the eccentric and the belt, I thought of a way to slow down the time between two regulations, especially when I'm printing big series of objects...

The system is composed of three object to print:
- Flsun q5 antifall.stl/Flsun q5 antifall_with lock.stl - the antifall system, print inplace. I use Cura to slice it, with tree supports and no support on the hinge (see my cura screenshot), 100% infill fot increase the weight, I suggest to use brim or raft to avoid accidental moviment during the print. The version with lock has a parking position (still testing)
- Flsun Q5 antifall pin.stl - it attach to the antifall with a small piece of 1.75mm filament, print it at 100% to give it the right weight;
- WireGuard_Q5.stl - is a carriage cover, it's not made by me, but I download time ago from thingiverse, but I can't found it anymore for credit (If someone has the link of the original author please provide it to me so I can give him the credit). This originally avoid that the cable or the ptfe tube gets stuck on the bolt.

I suggest to install it on the front right carriage, which is the carriage that is more stressed from the cable push.
You can see it working on Youtube:

VERY VERY IMPORTANT: BEFORE PRINTING GO HOME AND PUT THE PIN HORIZONTALLY, OTHERWISE THE CARRIAGE WILL BE BLOCKED DURING THE HOMING BEFORE THE PRINT!!!
