3D model description

The Mummy (1999) The Book of the Dead 3D Print FILE ONLY - The Mummy Cosplay/ Prop Replica

Up for sale is a STL, file for printing, of the Book of the Dead from the 1999 The Mummy.

This is a 3D STL file only and needs to be printed by you and then assembled.

The Book comes in pieces and you will have to assemble them once printed. (See photos to see the types of pieces)

It does come with a key base to match the lock, but not the actual key. This is for the book only.

Perfect for COSPLAY or Display.

PLEASE NOTE

Once put together it looks amazing and awesome to hold in your hands.

This was made by myself with little references available, so there may be noticeable differences to the back of the book compared to the movie. It is as close to accurate as I could create based off the reference photos available at the time. Since creating this, there have been very clear photos of the actual prop and you may notice some differences. It is still very accurate and as close to the prop as you can get.

-------Refunds and Returns-----
Due to the nature of digital files, no returns or refunds will be issued. I am happy to take any questions and try and fix any issues, however no refunds will be issued due to digital format.

3D printing settings

To create the full book you will need to print 4 of the Bird Clasps, 8 of the back latches, 2 of each of the 6 spine pieces and 2 spine rings. The rest of the parts will only need to be printed once. (See the photo of the full piece to see exactly what I mean).

This product DOES NOT come with the inside pages or the bars to hold it all together, you will have to source those parts yourself, I recommend PVC pipes for the spine and latches and foam for the inside pages.

It will take over 3 to 4 days to print completely life size at 15% infill for layer height 3.0. The scale size will have to be enlarged as the files are too many and too big to email. So, when you receive them in your email, you will have to scale up about 2540% in your slicing machine.

Due to this being a digital file only, please purchase in advance to event or due to date, to allow plenty of time for printing. Will not accept any issues of running out of time as that is the responsibility of the buyer to plan ahead.
