3D model description

It is a low temperature Stirling engine that works with minimal temperature differences as long as the settings and friction and the flywheel is ok, it requires at best a little thrust.

The lower large piston should be porous to allow cold air and hot air to pass through it, changing the temperature, it is the itnercambio piston and should not have any friction.

I had the engine running for a long time until it broke for some hard tests, I didn't need to give it a lot of temperature, it was just a test that engines with little temperature difference work even if they don't give much power, it was completely metal and only the inner cylinder is made of a porous material and resistant to temperature and the cylinder connecting the top and bottom cover was made of burex glass, the rest of the parts were metal but I guess you can replace many metal parts for others that are not, except the covers the cylinder and flywheel to weigh, but some parts can be replaced.

3D printing settings

I always print mechanical parts with 65% or more inside filler.
