3D model description

Hi! This is a candle mould I created (with fusion 360) from a penguin model (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2225793). The result is beautiful!

The mould is composed of 3 parts. The front and the back are made of PLA while the middle part is made of TPU, in order to preserve the penguin's wings.
As you can see on the pictures, I cut a little bit the tpu to make the demoulding easier. You should do the same.

I advise to apply oil (sunflower oil for my part) into the mould to prevent the wax from sticking.
The notches are made to put rubber bands so that the different parts remain joined.

BE CAREFUL during the demoulding! Be sure that the wax is cold and unmould very slowly!

If you have any question, leave a comment!

Enjoy ;)
