3D model description

This is to fit a pneumatic fitting into the top of your Hotend. It is meant to be lined with teflon and itself could act to hold your teflon tube in the hotend. It has been designed so that it can be printed in pla if needed but pro pla, petg, abs, etc. might be worth using as a more durable option.

The threads in the top are M6

If your fitting is different from that then let me know and ill post a remix.

It simply screws in place of your old guide tube, as long as it is the one that came with my printer. I will post a pic of the stock one so you know what I was designing from and thus can check yours to make sure its the same.

Tip: Use your old guid tube as a tool to push the teflon tube into the part. Leave a bit more than you need and when it gets difficult to push in, use the old guide tube to help you in the rest of the way. Cut the remaining off with about .5mm extra left sticking out.

If you intend on using it to hold your tube in, cut a piece of teflon about 2/3 the full length of the guide tube. Insert that into the bottom and your feed tube through the top. That should give it enough to grab onto while printing
Here is a short video of it installed but being that this was a fan request I did not have the fitting available when I was testing the fit.

Here is a link to a video about it:
