Cube-shaped lamp customizable with your own photos.

It is a cube of 12 cm side, with a solid and resistant structure, which allows to attach to its sides photographs made using the lithophane technique. It is perfect for decorating the house with photos of your loved ones in a very original way, which will undoubtedly leave your visitors speechless.

A lithophany is a projection of light through a sheet, in this case printed in 3D, which has relief of different thicknesses. This produces a 3D effect in the photograph.

To make lithophanes from your own photographs, it is as simple as going to https://3dp.rocks/lithophane/ and uploading the desired images. The recommended settings for generating the STL file of the photographs are as follows:

It is important to note that the desired photos must have a square format (if they don't, it is necessary to crop it beforehand using a simple photo editor). On the other hand, the size of the original cube is 12 cm on a side, with lithophane holders with Maximum Size = 100 and Thickness = 3, i.e. lithophanes 100x100x3 mm in size.

After printing the cube and the lithophanes, the assembly of the lamp is simple and intuitive, snapping the lithophanes into the holes on the sides of the cube, being properly fastened.

To give illumination to the lamp, a lamp holder cable like this one has been used: https://www.amazon.es/dp/B01N9V0HGX/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_6PG2FT0H36569C9YF1Y3?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 . This cord uses E27 bulbs and attaches to the cube with the back sheet included in the design.
