There's so much to say about this conversion Kit that I'll hope the images and videos do the job, so I'll be brief here (see video links below and link to Playlist on youtube).

This is a Kit that allows you to convert the Tekno SCT410 to a rear solid-axle with trailing arms and a drive shaft. This setup is specially designed to run Ultra4 racing in the category of 2.2 IFS (see more in https://u4rc.com/). Mixing Axial Yeti parts and rear axle of your choice (Axial Wriath/Yeti/Bomber AR60, Axial RYFT AR14B, Losi Rock/Baja Rey, etc.). The Kit includes:
* Skid Mount to connect Tekno SCT410 skid with solid axle rear retup.
* Motor mount (up to 42mm motor diameter)
* Transmission for Left pumpkin setup (AR60/AR14B). (I also have a Centered shaft transmission, if you need it, reach out on Facebook as I have to update a couple of things before adding here)

What you'll need to complete:
* Tekno SCT410. You don't need the rear end. You'll have to cut the skid (see you tube playlist below).
* One rear solid axle (like AR60 or AR14B)
* Axial Yeti trailing arms (AX31109), rear upper links (AX31109), internal cage (AX31102), rear sway bar kit (AXIC3331)
* 60~80mm center driveshaft
* For transmission internals, you'll need: axial 3-gear transmission internals, 45T 48P pinion gears, and custom-made shafts.
* Idler gear 28T
* idler shaft
* 4 x 5x10x4mm bearings
* spur shaft
* spur (52T ideally for speed),
* spur internal gear 20T
* 3 x 5x13x4 bearings
* 2 x 45T 48pitch pinion gear: Robinson Racing 2045 5mm Bore 48P Machined Pinion Gear 45T
* 2 x customer shaft for front output 29mm length with 5mm diameter. Trim to get a flat surface where the 45T pinions will be mounted (I used a Dremel).
* 3 x 5x16x5 bearings
* 2 x washers to go between the flat side of the 45T pinions and the bearing.
* Pick your favorite cage/body. I used a Losi SCBE.

To build the customer shafts for the transmission I used these stainless steel rods: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07MB8QV7J/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I've been running this Kit for a long time, through many ultra 4 races and in many bashing sessions. Broke every piece, re-designed it, and improved it until I got a really strong and reliable RC.

3D printing settings

Print all the parts in the strongest filament you have. Nylon, ABS, Polycarbonate, and their Carbon Fiber or Glass Fiber reinforced alternatives should work well. Ideally, pick a filament that can hold vibration and heat from the motor (like the ones mentioned here).

The Skid Mount can be printed with 40% infill. Everything else print with 100% infill, go for max strength and 5+ line walls. Print with 0.4mm nozzle at 0.2mm layer height.

Print the transmission with the flat side on the bed using support.
