3D model description

This is probably my 20th design of the case, I've been making these for some time, constantly improving the design. The whole idea is to wear GoPro as if it was a camera, on your neck. This design also covers the front display on 9 to be discrete.
This design has a slanted back to sit on your chest so it very slightly point up from your chest as to have the correct framing.
After printing: The GoPro sits in the case without the door so the USB is accessible all the time. You need to glue a 14mm width of craft foam (wal-mart etc) on the left side so it will be keeping the battery pushed in. (See images)
The case has 6 vertical holes going from top to bottom through the whole case - these are to glue in a filament or a wire to firmly secure the print in the less durable vertical direction. It depends on your tolerance if you can push a filament in or you need to expand the hole a little with drill bit. You can also choose copper wire etc. Then you can snip the ends (and in the hole where the strap goes in).
You can also glue a thin piece of fabric where the front display goes to keep it from scratches.

Tip for finish: I used plasti dip spray and it gives it a very pro look. The coating usually last a year - spray a very thin layer as not to start peeling.

I had been using these cases for travel and they are fantastic making GoPro nearly invisible camera on your neck. With the stabilization boost, you can turn it on and then just walk for smooth like results.
