NOTE: THIS DIGITAL FILE IS FOR LEFT GAUNTLET ONLY!

Our Mandalorian Gauntlets include a unique hinge system, rocket dart, whipcord and more! Can be printed on small format printers, or a resin printer as well.

FEATURES:

  • Built In Hinge System (easy on/off without help!)
  • Rocket Dart Gun (left gauntlet)
  • Port for brass hose connector (left gauntlet, brass hose connector not included in digital file.)
  • Attenuator (left gauntlet)
  • Emitter (left gauntlet)
  • Heat Sink (left gauntlet)
  • Button Panel (left gauntlet)
  • Power Coupler with rear hole inset for hose connector (right gauntlet, hose connector not included in digital file.)
  • Whipcord with rear hole inset for hose connector (right gauntlet)
  • Darts designed to be reinforced with steel rods and seated in brass tubing (right gauntlet, steel rods and brass tubing not included in digital file..)
  • Control Knobs (right gauntlet)

SIZE: Left Gauntlet 248mm overall exterior length; approximately 77mm wide x 63mm high front opening; approximately 100mm wide x 100mm high rear opening.
Right Gauntlet 231mm overall length; approximately 77mm wide x 63mm high front opening; approximately 100mm wide x 100mm high rear opening; 120mm high exterior profile.

Lengths are different due to button panel on Left Gauntlet.

3D PRINTING THE M1 MANDO GAUNTLET SET:

The Gauntlets are designed to be printed in 2 pieces and assembled with the additional hardware noted below. The Gauntlets can be printed one at a time on a small 3D Printer, such as an Ender 3 (220x220x250mm), or print both on a large format printer (300x300x400mm).

ADDITIONAL HARDWARE REQUIRED: You will need the following hardware (or similar) to complete the gauntlets build:

9x M3 x .05 x 12mm screws
9x 3mm washers
2x 2mm x 300mm stainless steel rods. (Gauntlet hinges)
4x 1mm x 50mm stainless steel rod (internal support for darts)

QUALITY CHECKED IN SIMPLIFY 3D AND TEST PRINTED: We print all the parts in our 3D MODEL FILES (STL's) to ensure you get a quality 3D Printable Model File and a functional part! In most cases, the DIY 3D Model Files that we sell are the VERY SAME FILES WE USE TO MAKE THE PHYSICAL ITEM.
