3D model description

Hello I created this model of bipod for rifle holding Picatinny mounts on the side (as on the model presented Gamo Tactical Storm) compatible for other rifle and shotguns also with Picatinny rails.

Necessary screws and bolts:

  • 4x M4 nuts

  • 2x M5 nuts

  • 2x CHC screws M4 Long 10mm

  • 2x CHC screws M4 long 20mm

  • 2x CHC screw M5 long 30mm

You will need to print each part 2 times (except for the M4 clamping handles to be printed 4x), and prepare the 2 legs before installation (see photos).

Simple to make and simple to install and use, this bipod will do the job!

3D printing settings

PETG recommended at 30% minimum but PLA acceptable at 50% minimum fill.

Remember to resize the model to 1000% to get the correct size.

Tilt to be done in the slicer for the "Picatinny bipod support" part in order to print it flat: 5Β°.

Print without a stand for the part "Foot 1 bipod".

Remember to deburr your parts well.

To install the nuts, use the nut pulling technique with the screw for the nut to be inserted, and don't over tighten (the slots for the nuts are already snug).

Attention the glue presented on the photos does not correspond to the use (too flexible), use a glue type glue or resin will be more suitable.

Model presented made of metallic black PETG Arianeplast.
