Update V2.1 - 09.04.2024
V2.1 includes:
-Modified fuselage 3 to blend better to the S6063
-Modified fuselage 4 to blend better to the S6063
-Lighting pack V1 .0
-Tailfin with internal slot for wire to anti-collition strobe
- Tailfin Top bar with internal slot for wire
- Anti collition strobe light
- Left and right position light for the Fuselage 2 lower
(needs cutout for now)
Only modified parts is in the V2.1 folder.

V2.0 is released!!!!!

Update 15.06.2023
V2.0 includes:
- S6063 wing profile - Much more stable flight characteristics
- Internal air inlet duct has been increased -better airflow to
engine
- Cockpit (needs at least 250 mm height 3D printer). The plug to make the canopy is included. Pilot was found online and scaled to fit.
- Mounting points under the wings for Pylons with armaments
(Pylons and Armaments will be sold seperate on Cult. https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/game/armaments-pack-for-f-16-and-a-10-by-sindregjertsen. Notify me if there are specific armaments you would like to have)
-Choose between 9g and 22g servos on wings and elevators for better acro abilities.
-Prepared surface for gyro.
-Details added.

The V2 zip file only contains the files that have been updated. The rest should be reused from V1.

A new video is under construction.

SPECS:
Wingspan: 860mm
Length: 1210mm from exhaust to nose (without pitot)
Print weight: 1,2 kg of PLA+
With 6S - 5000mah and 80mm FMS fan : 2,7 Kg
CG: 90-95mm from the leading edge of the wing root.

Update 22.06.2022: Updated the PDF to include spar length, type and placements.

Update 07.06.2022: Added no landing gear inserts for those who wants to skip landing gear. See photo.

Update 13.05.2022: Wing1 has been split up into wing1-1 and wing1-2 for printers with less printspace than Prusa MK3S. Same print settings as for Wing 1.

Mine is printed with a Prusa MK3S with a bed size of 250 x 210 x 210 mm. Some parts need to be rotated to fit the bed.

The landing struts are homemade and a guide will come soon on those. They are made from standard aluminum pipes, m3 bolts and nuts, some grub screws and springs. Made with a standard drill and dremel tool.

Disclaimer
This is a complex plane to print and build. This should not be your first RC plane both to build and to fly. If used for tabletop display only, then its not so hard. A good tuned printer and good bed adhesion is recommended. Some afterwork on a few of the printed parts are necessary. Most parts are printed with 1 perimeter but see the print instruction for details for each part. This guide is not complete yet but it is a work in progress.
