The 'Mushroom' - Funguy Patio garden table top Food bowl and Under rain cover - water disperser

I designed and created this to Stop rain gathering on the patio table rain cover and so that it can, if you print the bowl also, be used as a food dispenser. So this goes under the rain cover.It has 2 parts - The adapter to go into the umbrella grommet (various heights) and the bowl or the rain disperser part to switch out before putting the rain cover back on. 2 separate parts.

I have designed four heights for the adapter grommet insert - 36mm,50mm,70mm, 90mm and 150mm so that the food bowl or rain disperser 'mushroom' can be used at a height to suit your needs e.g., with the higher adapter and bowl you gain more table space.

If your patio chairs backs are higher than the table top then you will need the larger adapter.

I have more designs that use the same adapters which i will publish in due course but what is for sale here is the starter set which includes - X4 Adapters described above, The 'Mushroom' and The Snack Bowl.

Please remember - Generally PLA and ABS are not food safe although i use (PLA) the snack bowl regularly and wash it in the sink am I’m still alive! Polypropylene is considered food safe and watertight. A lot will depend on the quality of your printer and personal choices when it comes to settings and filaments because everyone's machines are subtly different.

Do not wash PLA items in a dishwasher there is a chance that it could distort.

This is a product that i have designed and sell for my own gain and is for sale made on eBay as a set.
This is for sale locally to me (by me) for just under £20 (just 0ver $20). The design (adapters, bowl, mushroom etc) is my copyright.

I have used PLA and ABS so far and have had no issues. I will in the near future use Polypropylene and feedback the info to here or my comments section.

As for infill i have made all of mine using 33% infill but would be still strong even down to 15-20%.

The parts in the photos were made on a CR10s (black) and an Anet A8 (blue)

One thing that i have discovered is to make sure to allow for extra support distance to make the supports easy to remove especially inside the mushroom and bowl parts otherwise you may have to spend 5 using some sand paper to clean it up so the adapter fits smoothly with little effort.
If printing with a brim make sure the brim doesn't cover the adapter hole on the bottom otherwise you may have trouble removing it.
