★At the end of WWII, the only manned tailless fighter equipped with a liquid rocket engine was developed and produced in Germany (Me163), and remodeled and prototyped in Japan (秋水).
In Japan, the war ended shortly after the failure of the first flight, and it ended incompletely.
The engine uses the propellant (below) that self-ignites by mixing fuel and oxidizer.
  ・Fuel(C-Stoff, 乙液: "Hydrazine (30%) + Methanol (57%) + Water (13%)",
  ・Oxidizing agent(T-Stoff, 甲液): "80% hydrogen peroxide solution"
Both were dangerous chemical that were difficult to handle because they were powerful drugs.
The engine names are known as HWK109-509A (Germany), 特呂二号(Japan).
The main components are
[A] Power unit (Turbopump, Gearbox, Starter),
[B] Combustion Chamber (Injector, Combustion Nozzle, Cooling Device),
[C] Metering Device, [D] Steam Generator, [E] PressureRegulator, etc.
This time, I have integrated these components to create teaching materials as an engine.

A. Features of this model
① "Main Unit[A,C,D,E]", "Combustion Chamber[B}", "Support Tube & Rod" are divided into separate structures
② "Main Unit" can be observed from any angle on the Rotary Table
③ Combined with pipes and links to clarify the mutual relationship between each component
④ Color identification (Light Green: Fuel, Yellow: Oxidizer, light blue: Steam)

Note: In order to improve visibility, the engine frame was partially omitted and "Metering Unit" mounting method was changed.

B. Assembly Manual (PDF format, total 21 pages)
The detail assembly manual including "Parts-List", "After printing treatment" and "Assembly procedure" are prepared based on "Standard Skill (Filing, Drilling, Tapping and painting)".

C. Purchase Parts Information;
 1. Screws
Micro screws M1.4x3.5L & M1.4x6L - Direct screw-in to 1 mm dia hole (No nut)
But if you have the M1.4 Tap, it will be very useful.
  Screws M2, M3 - See Parts List
 2. Aluminum Pipe - φ3, 5, 6
 3. Other Pipe - φ45 Acrylic Pipe, φ18 PVC pipe - Alternate material can be used.
 4. Steel Ball - φ8 (10ea) - for Turn Table
 5. For Piping (less than φ6 OD)
When connect printed piping parts, please use suitable size tube and rod with suitable adhesive.

D. STL file
Total STL files are 49 items including the stand and tools.
“ws” of last 2 digits of file name means “With Support” special designed.

E. Total Net Print Time: Approx. 77 HR
 - (Estimated as case of PLA, 0.4mm Nozzle, 0.2mm Layer Height, 40% infill and No raft and support)
Note: When at actual print, each parameter may be adjusted by your experience.

F. Printing settings
Raft, Support, Layer Height, Infill: Depending on your experience.
My models were printed by "idbox" using with 0.4 nozzle, 1.75 PLA.
