PLEASE CHECK YOUR PCB SIZE BEFORE PRINTING! I MEASURED MY PCB WITH A DIGITAL CALIPER AND IT MEASURED 65mm X 39mm EXACTLY

Note there are many versions that look similar but have key differences. Make sure you use the one that is exactly as shown, otherwise the cutouts for the potentiometer , pushbutton may not lineup. Compare against the PCB pics, it can be difficult to tell as there are subtle differences. Here is the one I purchased from Amazon. It will work.

I designed this case to house this particular version LM2596 DC DC Step Down Converter Voltage Regulator LED Display Voltmeter 4.0-40V to 1.3-37V Buck Adapter Adjustable Power Supply

March 22 2022 Version 2 (V2) reduced the height. 3mm reduction in height (19mm vs 22mm). The mounting ears thickness is reduced as well (3.5mm vs 4.0mm)
Download all .stl OR .3mf files marked V2______. The image of the red case next to the green case shows the difference in height.

There is a lot of detail on the cover. 0.16mm layer height 210C is probably the best temperature. 3 perimeter layers. The overlapping helps to hold the first layer together, especially for the fine details.

The button is very small, some slicers will probably prompt you to convert to a different unit , don't do this. otherwise the button will explode into a giant size and drop on your slicer bed. At least this is what was happening in my case using Simplify3d.

There are two base (bottom) cover options; with or without mounting ears. For the Base with mounting ears, use a #6 panhead screw for mounting the converter. The length is up to you . The mounting ear are 3.5mm thick so choose a screw at least one and a half times longer.

To mount the base (either version) to the top cover, use #4 x 1/2-in Flat Head Square Drive Steel Wood Screws. They sit flush with the backside.

The input and outputs are denoted by the Arrow shown on the case. The side of the case with Arrow is the input side. Pushing the button toggles between the input and output voltage. I added a small slot above the button so you can see the two LEDs on the PCB so you know which voltage you're looking at.

The output voltage is adjustable, I added a small hole near the Hex cooling pattern to allow a screwdriver or pot trimming tool to adjust the POT without having to remove the PCB. Also the terminal blocks are accessible for tightening down a wire.
