When designing projects, I often find my 3D printed holes are slightly smaller due to the tolerance of my printer. I use this tool when designing projects to verify if the actual bolt or screw will fit. The gauge is 3mm thick with the text an additional 2mm for a total of 5mm. I used 0.2mm layer height and I set my printer to pause at 3.2mm to allow me to change the filament for the text. This worked out quite nicely.
