3D model description

The part is designed to use U7 headlights with angel eye replacing the original headlights on the RE Himalayan BS6 turn signal bracket .

In my case I used the angel eyes as a winker and the main light I connected to the high beam with the help of a relay.

To use it just remove the winker, disassembling the headlight to remove the inner nut and hide the wires to use them with the new headlight.

The connection is simple, the yellow wire (angel eye) and the black wire go to the original. The ideal is not to cut anything that takes out of original to the bike.

For the main headlight I take the signal from the high beam (yellow wire with blue) and run it to a relay connected to the battery passing all the wires under the tank.

You can see it in the pictures.

3D printing settings

I used PLA + for its strength, but you can make it with some better plastic such as PETG or ABS that will withstand weathering.
