3D model description

I couldn't get that part alone from my seller so that was enough motivation to start the 3d design for this piece. You will get an holder and a small roll ( 2 needed) used as a simple bearing for a smoother movement. I put headless nails to act as shafts inside the small roll and buffered the extremities once placed into the roll, to keep it in place forever. The nail must be long enough to sit in the holder's slots

3D printing settings

I printed it with PETG but it could be better to use ABS for UV and heat protection. It would also be better to print it in white color for the same reasons. I built mine in black, just to get rid of some filament I had for too long.

Here are all the specific settings I used in Ultimaker Cura:
- Printer Creality Ender 5 S1
- Material Polymaker Polylite PETG black
- Layer Height 0.2
- Line width: 0.4
- wall thickness 1.6
- Z seam alignment : Sharpest Edge
- Infill Density: 100%
- Constant printing temperature of 240Β°C
- Constant build plate temperature of 90Β°C
- Speed 100 mm/s
- Travel speed 250 mm/s
- Initial layer speed 40 mm/s
- Retraction enabled for 0.9mm at 45 mm/s
- Z hop when retracted
- Z hop only over printed parts
- Z hop Height 0.2mm
- No cooling at all
- Tree Support
- I used an enclosure but it was optional with PETG. I would absolutely use one with ABS.

In first place, I tried print this object in is natural uptight side but changed my mind and reverse it and got better result, using a tree support.
