3D model description

Modular Bulkheads / Walls and Columns with holes for magnetising. Each Bulkhead tile has 4 holes (2 each side) for 6mm x 3mm round magnets.

The bulkheads measure 73mm tall x 75mm wide x 31mm deep at the base and 12mm deep at the top.

The columns are also 73mm tall and vary in width (between 26mm and 38mm) and depth (between 22mm and 35mm at base) dependant on each design.

The Corner bulkhead sections (45 degree and 90 degree) are again, the same height at 73mm. The 90 degree is 28mm wide and the 45 degree is 40mm wide. And both base depths are at 35mm.

Each Column has holes that fit larger magnets, but I used 13mm x 10mm Clout Nails (roofing felt nails) that are available from most hardware stores to avoid the hassle of having to match the polarity of the magnets when glueing them in place (I swear, its a 50% chance to get it right, but I mess it up EVERY time!

Also included are round emblems numbered 0-9 that slot into holes on the columns that can provide some variety to your terrain when printed. More designs will be available later, including some runes in the Daedric alphabet, and computer terminals

3D printing settings

I used JAYO ABS-Like Resin with an Anycubic Photon Mono X for my test prints. All came out perfect with no failures. I used different layer heights to speed up the prints.

50um - 25sec Burn In with 6 layers and 1.5sec Exposure for each layer thereafter

100um - 32sec Burn In with 6 layers and 2.2sec Exposure for each layer thereafter

150um - 35sec Burn In with 6 layers and 3.5sec Exposure for each layer thereafter
