Hello,

It is repair gear for philips mixer model HR7958/00.

I used Dremel to cut the old gear in order to extract metal axis. Than I glued to the 3d printed gear. The best option for gluing is two component glue on MOMENT.

3D printing settings

Printed on flashforge guide 2s. Printed in ASA on azure film. Use raft and supports.

Print temp:240 degrees
Bed temp: 90 degrees
Print speed 40mm/s
Retraction length: 1.3mm
Retract speed: 30mm/s
Infill 100%
