Steps to follow to mold the ring to the finger:

Prepare the hot water: Heat water in a heat-resistant container. The water should not be boiling, but hot enough to soften the PLA.





Immerse the ring: Immerse the ring in the hot water for approximately 30 seconds. This will allow the PLA to become malleable and easier to adjust.





Remove the ring from the water: Use tongs or another utensil to remove the ring from the hot water. Be careful not to burn yourself during this process. If necessary, use protective gloves to handle the hot ring.





Fit the ring to the finger: Place the ring on the finger you wish to fit. The PLA will be soft and pliable, which will make the fitting process easier. You can apply light pressure so that it molds properly around the finger.





Cooling: Allow the ring to cool and harden on the finger. This may take a few minutes. Avoid moving the ring while it cools so that it maintains the desired shape.
