3D model description

This is an improvement for applications needing more strength than the smaller hinge I developed for the P1P shell. This one measures from center to center vertically ~1 Inch and from center to center across the boss ~1-5/8". It is designed to be used with quarter inch bolts and does not have a countersink.
The ouside dimensions are 2.25" x 1.5"

3D printing settings

Part should be printed on end and in the 90 degree angle position so that it supports itself in multiple directions better. It can be aided with a brim but didn't need it on my P1P with PLA but needed on my Kobra Max with PETG.
The file should be printed without supports. It should take a slight cracking to break free after printing but should work with some back and forth motioning.
