3D model description

Since the rear bump stop for the Jeep ZJ is not widely available anymore and the PU foam of my old ones has turned into a crumbly masse I have designed my own bump stops.

These BumpStops fit for all stock height ZJ/ZG and fits perfectly in the factory metal basket. For litet ones you the metal cups has to raised.

By using the below print settings and TPU 95A filament you can create a very similar to a new original bump stop. In terms of flexibility and durability.

For all those who want bump stops that do not look like 3D printed parts, I have also created a mold.
With this mold PU-casted Bump stops can be created.

I have used SIMPACT™ 60A/1. Which I have dyed black with SO-STRONG™ Pigments.

PU: https://www.kaupo.de/shop/POLYURETHANGIESSHARZ/SIMPACT-SERIE/Simpact-60A/Simpact-60A-1-Polyurethan.html

Pigments (for Colour): https://www.kaupo.de/shop/index.php?lang=0&cl=search&searchparam=so+strong

In case your metal cups where the bump stops gets inserted are too rusty I have created another version which works without them. So that these no longer available parts can be dispensed -> https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/gadget/jeep-zj-zg-bump-stop-rear-axle-52087993-upgraded-version
