PPM ( PEN - PENCILS - MARKERS ):

Is a modular storage system for PEN , PENCILS and Acrylic Markers.

Consists of:

PPM_BASE
(The base on which all other objects are placed)

PPM_BIG_BOX_HOLES
(The box where the pen and acrylic markers are placed)

PPM_SMALL_BOX_HOLES
(The box where the pecils and colored pencils are placed, you can also place pens)

THIN_DRAWER_SMALL
(A small drawer box to store pencils,pens sharpeners, erasers etc)

BIG_DRAWER
(A large drawer to store papers, post-its and similar items)

3D PRINTER SETTINGS:

I USE Anycubic VIPER ,IF YOU HAVE OTHER PRINTER YOU MAYBE NEED TO CHANGE SETTINGS.

I USE CURA SLICER 5.3 :

Material: PETG
Quality : 0.2mm
Infill density: 50%
Infill pattern: Cubic Subdivision
Print temp: 190⁰ C
Build plate temp : 70⁰ C
Print Speed : 100%
Travel: Enable retraction
Cooling 100%

• Support : Generate Support
  Structure : Tree
  Placement : Touching Buildplate
  Overhang angle : 60
  Pattern: zig zag

• When printing large Z-axis objects with a small base, always use RAFT/BRIM Build Plate Adhesion. This will make the object stick to the base

I ADVICE YOU TO MAKE A GOOD CHECK BEFORE PRINTING.

Check bed screws , Nozle sensor , belts etc to as specified by your printer manufacturer.If you have a magnetic base, first remove it and then insert it again.

After printer check and before any print ALWAYS CALIBRATE your printer.This will help you avoid bad prints.

FOR BETTER QUALITY YOU CAN CHANGE SETTINGS IN CURA 5.3.

Its better to start your prints with the smallest models (it's faster to print) so that you can choose the best settings for your printer and your preferences.

IT IS A LARGE PRINT SO PLEASE BE A LITTLE PATIENT. THE RESULT WILL REWARD YOU.

FILES:

AFTER PURCHASE YOU CAN DOWNLOAD THE FILES IN ZIP FORMAT. UNZIP THE FILES AND YOU ARE READY TO GO.

Files are stored on a zip file.
There are 2 types.STL and 3MF.

If you have installed cura 5.3 on your computer double click a 3mf file.it will open directly the file you want to cura for direct printing.

CHOSE OPEN AS PROJECT.

PRESS SLICE! AND YOU ARE READY TO PRINT!
