PollyBlox

** now the contest is over here is all the solid works files as promised. Enjoy, i hope someone will find this useful - iv printed a full set out since uploading and i have to say, even i had fun with it! **

PollyBlox is a fun polygon learning tool for children capable of allowing children to make all regular pollygons from Triangles to Dodecagons, Circles, 5 pointed Stars and more!

This set also allows Children to build 3d models from the pieces by inserting a "connector peg" into the center hole to allow two "blocks" to join together in the vertical axis.

The Quadrilateral is 25mm x 25mm in size (aprox 1") this makes it great for learning area ^2 or ^3 too!

PollyBlox is designed to allow children to have a hands on and fun learning experience. I know this was the way i learned and still do. Books and diagrams just never got it across in a way that was most effective for me as a child so with this in mind PollyBlox was born.

i've added in a few screenshots for you guys as an example of a few potential assemblies.

I've only had a chance to test print a few bits to test the fit and it seems good for me. - ill take feedback and make any improvements needed (full source files will be available soon)

To print, simply make a print plate with all the "Blox" you require, make sure to add enough connectors to connect it all up :)

To assemble simply take a "Blox" and a connector, slide the connector into one of the slots or a hole. take another "Blox" and simply slide it in on the other side or end of the connector.
