6mm FACES and BODY FRAME

Please be aware that the Welding Table shown in the pictures is only for presentation purpose; you will need to buy it separately!

Each of the towers come with different faces; you can build your tower on what configuration you may need it!
When you assemble the Tower, ensure the shape of Costa Lock Slots are in similar position with the Costa Lock Slots on your table, if is reverse ... just turn the plate upside down!

One version with 16.3mm FIXTURE HOLES (50mm BETWEEN CENTERS)
One version with COSTA – LOCK – SYSTEM (50mm BETWEEN CENTERS)
One version with mix connection points – 16.3mm FIXTURE HOLES and COSTA – LOCK – SYSTEM (50mm BETWEEN CENTERS)

Towers 5 and 7 can be mounted on FIX position - using the 16.3mm holes or CLC SLOTS, or position can be ADJUSTED on table surface, using the elongated slots (50mm clearance gap).

A Tower can be used also as a portable mini welding table for small builds or... connecting two Towers ... you will obtain a Bridge... !

Design for LASER CUT – 0.2mm OFFSET of interlock parts.

All interlock connecting points are OFFSET with 0.2mm for a perfect fit.

All connecting points have “DOG BONE” – specifically design for laser cut. All connecting points have a level drop, to allow welding of parts without damaging the working surface.

You are going to receive the dxf cut files only, no actual parts will be shipped.

Keep in mind that ... as flat is the surface you build your tower is... as flat your tower will be! Do not rush and take your time to ensure everything is square! Do not over weld! Each weld spot increase the tensions build up in to the material!
