Design for LASER CUT – 0.2mm OFFSET of interlock parts.

This is an aid tool for those who want to build their own welding table; however, they do not have a flat surface that size. Your final product will be as flat the working surface is; therefore you are in need of a flat working surface!
Design to adjust the heights in 12 points, by 24 M16 bolts… you may come close to a pretty flat surface.
When you are building your Welding Table, I recommend having first the table top face plate on the workbench, and then proceed to adjust the height of the workbench. Use a long level tool – long as the material of the table is! Check centers, diagonals, edges, and rotate from center... 360. When adjustment is complete, only then... thigh up the BRACE (DIAGONAL PLATES) and LOWER BRACE bolts !
Workbench can be easily dismantled and prepared for storage… if space is scarce!
A reduced version may be build also, the files (MID LONGITUDINAL AND LONGITUDINAL BRIDGE) are included.

All interlock connecting points are OFFSET with 0.2mm for a perfect fit.
All connecting points have “DOG BONE” – specifically design for laser cut. All connecting points have a level drop, to allow welding of parts without damaging the working surface.

You are going to receive the dxf cut files only, no actual parts will be shipped.
