Those accessories may become the tools to close the gap between professional and DIY work.

Please be aware that the Welding Table and the Tower shown in the pictures are only for presentation purpose; you will need to buy those separately!

6mm Lock Pin – for 6 and 10mm table top face/table side/table front

Design for LASER CUT – 0.2mm OFFSET of interlock parts.

In order to avoid any frustrating situations where the Securing Clamps cannot fit and lock in to the Table Clamps Holes, I design a simple and innovative Pin Lock what allow a safe and stable connection of the Clamps to the Welding Table. Furthermore, those locking pins can become guidance stoppers and building material support!

Parts from the Locking Pins can be use from one to another, and does not require to be weld together...if you have a limited number of Locking Pins and want to mix and match the parts; allso the Nut does not require to be weld on to the Bridge; if two nuts are use - each on opposite sides of the Bridge, with a small clearance - that the Bolt will rotate freely... part can be fully functionable!

All plates used are build from 6mm metal sheet, since design was made with the idea of recuperating all the scrap parts when cutting the welding table parts, therefore plan accordingly and ask the Technician from Laser Machine Shop to cut all at parts at once !

All - LASER CUT (NOT PLASMA CUT) - WELDING TABLES we sell in our store are going to receive an upgrade (FREE OF CHARGE!) with the additional set of dxf files including the table top, table front and table side with interlock holes for the locking pins and pin accessories.
For those who already buy from us the welding tables’ dxf files kit, will receive free of charge the upgraded versions of the dxf files.

If you do not see one clamp or support close to your needs, please contact us and will try to design one for you!

All interlock connecting points are OFFSET with 0.2mm for a perfect fit.

All connecting points have “DOG BONE” – specifically design for laser cut. All connecting points have a level drop, to allow welding of parts without damaging the working surface.

2XM6 35mm and 1XM10 100mm are used for the clamp sample.

We strongly recommend CUTTING and TESTING FIRST the TEST KIT TOOL, included with your design; it have similar settings and it use similar size plates as the welding table, in order for your LASER CUT – LOCAL SHOP - TECHNICIAN - to adjust the machine settings for a perfect fit! Kerf will be different for a 6mm steel plate than a 10mm steel plate. The TECHNICIAN operating the Laser Machine need to compensate accordingly!

You are going to receive the dxf cut files only, no actual parts will be shipped.
