Created to reduce the cost of your Welding Table, by design this model have a strong table top (10mm steel plate) and a 6mm frame with an innovative construction and a very strong structure - three longitudinal + two longitudinal faces enter this unit in to the Heavy Duty Class. This design have unique features and characteristics… not existing on other designs.

All interlock connecting points are OFFSET with 0.2mm for a perfect fit.

All connecting points have “DOG BONE” – specifically design for laser cut. All connecting points have a level drop, to allow welding of parts without damaging the working surface.

We strongly recommend CUTTING and TESTING FIRST the WELDING BLOCK TOOL, included with your design; it have similar settings and it use similar size plates as the welding table, in order for your LASER CUT – LOCAL SHOP - TECHNICIAN - to adjust the machine settings for a perfect fit! Kerf will be different for a 6mm steel plate than a 10mm steel plate. The TECHNICIAN operating the Laser Machine need to compensate accordingly!

Keep in mind that ... as flat is the surface you build your table is... as flat your table will be! Do not rush and take your time to ensure everything is square! Do not overweld! Each weld spot increase the tensions build up in to the material!
