Despite their limitations, scrapper attack coaches have proven to be effective for raiding towns and settlements that are not heavily fortified or equipped to fend off airship attacks. Due to their smaller size and less-threatening appearance, they are often easily overlooked by sentries or other defenders, allowing the pirates to take their targets by surprise. This has made them a formidable force in the hands of the scrapper pirates, who use them to wreak havoc and steal valuable resources.
