Airsoft Speedload Replacement Kit

I designed the gear, the handle with the grip and the top infill slide for for a speedloader as replacement.
The gear is diffrent as from the others. The teeth are wider, so they dont break so fast as usal, but it still fits the same amount of BB's in the gaps.

Print settings on handle & grip:

Infill: 100%
Material: PLA
Supports: yes on handle
layer hight: 0.3mm
nozzle diameter: 0.4mm

Print settings on top infill slide:

Infill: 100%
Material: PLA
Supports: no
layer hight: 0.4mm
nozzle diameter: 0.8mm

Print settings on gear:

Infill: 100%
Material: TPU (lasts longer then PLA etc.)
Supports: no
layer hight: 0.3mm
nozzle diameter: 0.4mm

Build requirements & instructions for the handle with the grip

If you also lost your handle grip somehow and want to use this one, you need following hardware:
1x M3 x 30mm screw
2x M3 washer
2x M3 nuts
Loctite might be usefull
Build instruction: Put the washer between the handle grip, put the screw through the handle and the grip. Counter screw the nuts so they get tight but not too tight so that the grip handle is still able to rotate.Secure the nuts with loctite if you have some.
Also if you lost the secure pins for the wheel that is attached to the handle, you can use a toothpick to attach it again and cut it off worked great for me. ;)
