3D model description

This Scythe is the weapon used by Kayn, a champion from League of Legends.

3D printing settings

This model of Kayn's scythe was molded to be about 1700mm high (it can be more, just add an extra polearm). All pieces are sliced to fit an ender 3 ( 200x200x300 )

Easy to assemble, it has 10.30mm holes to place 10mm rods (wood or aluminum).

The vast majority of the pieces can be printed without supports, and one or the other may need a little support, but nothing special.

As it is a "big blade" the top is recommended to use aluminum rods. They are lighter and stronger than wooden ones.

I usually print my parts with the following definitions:

Quality: 2.8
Walls: 3
Infill: 10% or 15%
Pattern: Zig Zag

  • There are some parts (like part XX) that are connecting parts. for this very reason, it is advised to put 1 outer wall and infill extra. minimum 60%) Because they are the parts that support more weight.
  • From my own experience, I give a margin of 0.20 mm for the rods (wood or aluminum.), so that the rod can be placed and glued without the risk of them getting stuck inside the piece or break before finishing assembling. -Regarding the top blade, recommended between 7 to 10% Infill, to not be too heavy. I also provide the Full model ( none with the eye, onbe without the eye and the eye ) , the top of the spear and the end not sliced and without holes, in case you want to slice in another way.

If you liked the model, please click on like and rate. It is very important for me to know that they like my models. If you have any suggestion or doubt, do not hesitate to ask. :)
