I offer you this unusual fly swatter, why?

what I'm proposing is an ergonomic, customizable fly swatter...the conical handle is a plus, as is the tray.

the handle is conical and in three parts, all ergonomic.

I designed it to be printed assembled, without glue.

Normally all the elements will fit together perfectly in force.

If necessary, tape the diameters to adjust the fit, and if gluing, use cyanocrylate-based superglue.

Ditto for the grid plate. Here again, perfect interlocking, but toilage and glue if necessary.

The three parts of the handle are printed vertically, using a raft, for greater stability during printing.

3D printing settings

-PLA printing 15% fill.

  • raft on handle 1 and 2 printed vertically - on handle 3, this shouldn't be necessary but do it if necessary

-I supply the fpp files for owners of Flashforge's flashprint software, as well as the double extrusion fpp file for the tray with the integrated fly.
