Snapmaker Artisan Vacuum Atachement Adapter

Unfortunately, the Snapermaker Artisan comes without an exhaust system for the dust generated when using the CNC module. I therefore added more parts to a freely available dust extractor for the previous model of the Artisan, so that I could use it with the Artisan and one of the very light and cheaply available Dyson V7 extension hoses. These additional parts, available here, fit the following suction device:

The included wall attachment is compatible on the outside with any standard vacuum cleaner with a nozzle diameter between 31 and 35 mm. On the inside, this can be connected to the suction sled with a Dyson V7 vacuum cleaner hose.

Printing and general instructions:

• Note that the carriage of the original design must be rotated 180°.
• The carriage should not run too freely on the locking bar later, but should have enough friction. Adjust the flow accordingly before printing, or glue the carriage firmly to the locking bar later. The mounting is deliberately designed so that the locking bar bends slightly when the carriage is mounted, so that there is a little more friction.
• For printing the brushes I recommend TPU.

Leider kommt der Snapermaker Artisan ohne eine Absaugvorrichtung für den entstehenden Staub bei Verwendung des CNC Moduls. Ich habe daher eine frei verfügbare Absaugvariante für das Vorgänger Modell des Artisan durch weitere Teile ergänzt, so dass ich diese mit dem Artisan und einem der sehr leichten und günstig erhältlich Dyson V7 Verlängerungsschläuche verwenden konnte. Diese hier erhältlichen Zusatzteile passen zu folgender Absaugvorrichtung:

Der beiliegende Wandanschluss ist auf der Außenseite kompatibel zu jedem standard Staubsauger mit einem Düsendurchmesser zwischen 31 und 35 mm. Auf der Innenseite kann dieser mit einem Dyson V7 Staubsaugerschlauch mit dem Absaugschlitten verbunden werden (Beispiel in den Hinweisen weiter unten).

Druck- und allgemeine Hinweise:

• Beachtet, dass der Schlitten des Originaldesign um 180° gedreht aufgesetzt werden muss.
• Der Schlitten sollte auf dem Sicherungsriegel später nicht zu frei laufen, sondern genug Reibung haben. Stellt den Flow vorm Druck enstprechend ein, oder klebt den Schlichten später fest an den Sicherungsriegel. Dei Aufhängung ist bewusst so designt, dass sich der Riegel leicht durchbiegt, wenn der Schlitten aufgezogen ist, damit etwas mehr Reibung entsteht.
• Für das Drucken der Bürsten empfehle ich TPU.

• Wallspeed: 30-60 mm/s
• Supports are needed. Orientate the parts by yourself to minimize it.
