3D model description

Mini CNC v2 is a little bit more complicated than v1, especially in the way how motors drive the axes. Instead of using whole elements with axles and limited length of slides I've changed the construction to use belts powered directly by motors, same as it is in a "adult" CNC machines. So I added rollers to support belts and reduce friction and increase sagnificanly working area (much bigger than in v1) I think around 4 times. It is deffinitely a huge difference, in case you would like to "burn" bigger images than just 4cm by 4 cm.
Actually if you have a longer rods it would be very easy to increase machine size even up to lets say 20cm by 20 cm and the only difference will bein the base of the machine.Other elements will stay intact.
So enjoy and let me see your working Mini CNC.

Because I found a lot of "junk" in my room, decided to use as many as possible to build this Mini CNC machine.

Usefull stuff for this project:
1. Old bearrings 8mm diameter (internal 3mm diameter - motor axle 3mm diameter)
2. DVD step motors x 2
3. Plastic rolls from old printer/scanner
4. Steel rods approx. 100m x 4, 3mm diameter
5. 2x Easystep drivers/Or ayu other Setp Motor drivers
6. Arduino Nano/Uno (whichever you have) x1
a bunch of cables and a thin belt from old scanner
thats all you need to build this machine
plus of course 3D printed elements I designed for this project.
... end of part 1.
